What we collect on this website
If you book a demo or contact us, we keep the name, shop name, phone number, city, shop type and message you send. We use that only to reply and to show you SparkPOS. We do not sell it.
Shop data in SparkPOS
After you become a customer, SparkPOS stores the data you enter — products, bills, stock, customers and reports — so the system can run your shop. That data belongs to you. We host it while your plan is active and use it only to provide the service and support.
How we use it
We use your details to answer questions, book demos, set up your shop, send service messages and improve SparkPOS. We do not use them for unrelated advertising.
Who we share it with
We may share information with the tools that send WhatsApp or email messages, and with payment or hosting providers when that is needed to run the service. We do not sell customer lists.
Personal Data Protection Act
We handle personal data as a business in Sri Lanka. If you want to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, contact us and we will help.
Cookies
The website remembers your language choice on this device. We do not run advertising cookies on sparkpos.lk.
